To process a quality claim, you must submit a clear photographic validation of the damaged packaging along with the specific batch tracking label stamped on the rear box.
3.2 Food Safety & Perishable Exclusions
To maintain strict health, sanitation, and food safety standards for our snacking community, any bakery items that have been fully unsealed, partially consumed, or left exposed past the standard 48-hour delivery inspection window cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3.3 Approved Resolutions & Store Credit
Once your freshness claim is officially verified by our bakery quality control hub, approved resolutions are credited directly to your store wallet or original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping arrangements and logistics for verified delivery mishaps or package tears will be fully managed and covered by BakeryBite.
